Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible once your order has been picked and the payment has been authorised.
We courier via Courier Guy (Shop to Door) Delivery take 2-3 days @ R130.00 or we can send it via Post Net to Post Net (counter –to-counter) at a cost of R110.00 if there is a post net in your area (Delivery 3-4 working days).
Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
Our distribution centre operates from 09:00 – 16.30
Monday to Friday (except on weekends and public holidays).
If the product line you have requested is sold out at the time of your enquiry, we will contact you to find out whether you will accept a substitute colour/style or if we can order the product for you.
We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for circumstances which might affect deliveries to your area such as extreme weather, or disruption to postal services or airlines, for example.
We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays or situations which are out of our control.
Payment can be made via EFT into our account, via major credit cards or Payfast.
